Jeff Dehn, PT, OMPT
Jeff Dehn is a licensed physical therapist. He graduated Valedictorian from Oakland University with a Masters in Physical Therapy in 2004. Jeff received an additional specialty degree in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in 2008, in which he received advanced training in high velocity manipulation (adjustments). He became certified as an Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapist (O.M.P.T.) by the International Federation of O.M.P.T.s. This was a two-year, post-graduate level orthopedic program that included clinical mentoring by internationally renowned physical therapy experts and authors, Freddy Kaltenborn, Olaf Evenjth, and John Krausse. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
His training and experience are targeted for the general orthopedic population, back and neck pain, post-surgical management, TMJ disorders, and sports specific training. His continuing education has included: OMPT training, strategic orthopedics-neck, strategic orthopedics-lumbar, TMJ specific rehabilitation, Gary Gray functional rehabilitation, and the Henry Ford Sports Medicine Symposium.
Jeff was drawn to work at Neil King physical therapy because of the emphasis one-on-one patient care. Scheduling patients to see their therapist for an hour one-on-one is a unique quality at this facility, and patients reap the benefit. This facility also provides a staff with a collection of different specialties, all of which can be utilized for positive patient outcomes.
