Dawn Szpiech, AT, ATC
Dawn Szpiech is a 1994 graduate of the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Athletic Training. She has been a Nationally Certified Athletic Trainer since 1995 and is a Licensed Athletic Trainer in Michigan. She has worked in the Physical Therapy field for 16 years with an emphasis in Sports Medicine, Orthopedic Rehabilitation and Chronic Pain. Dawn was the Personal Training Certification Director for the World Instructor Training Schools. She taught classes for the Personal Training Certification program and oversaw instructors in the State of Michigan. She is an Advanced Practitioner of the Ida P Rolf Method of Structural Integration and has extensive training in Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release and Deep Tissue Neuromuscular Massage and Reflexology.
Dawn joined Neil King Physical Therapy in 2005 and was drawn to the clinic because of individualized one-on-one treatment programs that have a strong emphasis on structural alignment reeducation. She believes that each case is unique and that when a body is given the right tools it is able to heal itself in many ways. This clinic gives each patient the opportunity to find the right “tool” that will help him or her achieve their highest healing potential.
