Neil King understands pain. As a competitive cyclist for over 20 years, Neil was treated by a physical therapist who erased his pain with Rolfing Therapy. That is why he became a physical therapist and why he elected to have his staff complete extensive training programs in a variety of pain relief treatments including the specialty services below:
CranioSacral Therapy
Excellent in the treatment of headaches and migraines. A gentle, non-invasive, light touch treatment, which modifies and corrects restrictions in the craniosacral system. The treatment will improve wellness and enhance the body's ability to heal itself.
Feldenkrais
The Feldenkrais Method shows the patient how to learn from their body. The patient begins a continuing process of change -- shifting out of old habits and into useful new ones. Slowly, the patient learns to relax, abandon habitual patterns, and develop new alternatives for movements and postures.
OMPT
Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (OMPT) is joint mobilization and manipulations to improve joint range of motion and relieve pain.
Pediatrics
We treat babies and children.
Pilates
Loads of benefits! Longer leaner muscles, core strength and stability, relief of stress & back pain, improved posture, better balance and coordination, and enhanced athletic performance. A positive experience.
Rolfing
A deep tissue release that helps to balance and align certain segments of the body around the vertical line, improving the support of gravity. This is achieved by increasing the space in the entire fascial network! With increased length throughout the body, there is less stress on the muscles, joints and spine. The body works more efficiently with less effort. Please ask for more information about individual sessions or a 10 series (whole body approach).
Urinary Incontinence Therapy
Urinary incontinence is the involuntary loss of bladder control.
Vestibular Therapy
A therapy used to treat vertigo (a lack of balance).
